Physical Therapy utilizes the latest in medical research combining soft tissue massage, exercise, joint mobilizations, and neuromuscular re-education to restore function and reduce pain. Our doctor will utilize these techniques to help restore strength to unused areas of the body and redistribute forces to reduce strain in injured areas.

Massage Therapy

Where it all started. Massage therapy has been a cornerstone of healthcare and pain management since the beginning of civilization. Our therapist has over 15 years of experience.

Your practitioner is versed in various techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, myofascial release, shiatsu, Thai massage, lomi-lomi, sensory repatterning, structural integration, and others with over 15 years of experience. Discuss with your practitioner what style(s) you prefer and where you would like to focus for your session. Remember, it’s all about you.

It all starts here. It’s the straw that broke the camel’s back. Most people today don’t know why they are in pain, we hear age and arthritis a lot, but those are just excuses. TPI Golf Assessment

That’s right golfers. We have a certified TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) specialist to help you get back out on the course or fix any issues you’ve been having with your game. Pain is abnormal at any age, don’t let you stop you from playing your greatest game.

Having trouble with your golf swing? Our Doctor speaks golf lingo. Are you swaying? Having trouble rotating the hips? Or maybe you’re chicken winging? Have our Doctor assess your functional limitations to find a fix for your swing. Working with a coach? Great! We can communicate directly with your coach to discuss your functional limitations to really help dial in your game!

Vertigo/Vestibular rehab

Vertigo can happen at any time, after washing your hair, a dental procedure, sinus infection, etc. Sometimes it can be fixed in a few visits, don’t let it slow you down.

Vertigo is a dysfunction with the inner ear and is characterized by the feeling of the room spinning around. These symptoms can happen anytime and to anyone. Some forms of vertigo are quick and easy to treat like BPPV, and other can take more time like cupulolithiasis.
